Pick up the phone and call these officials. Tell them you oppose wireless streamlining legislation.
Sample phone message
"I'm calling to ask the (Senator or Assemblyperson) to please protect our rights and our property by opposing SB 1188/HB 1767. We have the right to determine how to integrate wireless technology into our own community. Telecom companies should not be allowed to override local control."
Then follow up with an email.

they include vital components such as public comment and hearings. If this bill

feedback do not matter. We have the right to determine how to integrate wireless technology into our own community. Telecom companies should not be allowed to override local control. Preemption bills such as SB 1188/HB 1767 set a
dangerous precedent for both local authority and public participation."
